It keeps rebooting and when I plug it into the charger it says "0% charged" and I can't update my phone because it keeps rebooting. I check the charging port and it is all clean. Even when I don't use it the phone keeps restarting on its own. Use a torch to see if there's any debris in the charging port but don't go poking around in there with something hard and don't use a pressurised air canister to try and blow stuff out as this can actually drive it further into the phone !
