WebOSPI maintains an Information Technology security program that is updated at least annually. The program consists of annual security training, third-party risk assessments, security testing, and audits. OSPI’s systems are updated regularly to prevent unauthorized access to our systems. WebOSPI has data about PreK - 12 students, educators, and schools. Much of our data is publically available on the Data Portal, but researchers, state agencies and other appropriate requestors may wish to enter into a data sharing agreement with us for data that is not publically available.
